They ask me why. Why do you believe
In a truth so far removed
They ask me how. How can you know
It’s the absolute you’ve found
Is something wrong with me, I’m the only one who sees
Lord please give me strength to cast out unbelief

That’s what I’m called
But I will still believe
Faith is the evidence of things unseen
They often stare with a pointed gaze
Wondering what’s in it for me?
They often think, “Life is just a game.”
Well then where’s the victory?
Nothing’s wrong with me, I know the truth I’ve found
In the joy I feel, I can taste love abound
By faith we live, by faith we breathe
May this faith invade all of me
By faith we laugh, by faith we cry
It’s by faith we know He’s alive
