What are the session details?
Your [YOUR DANCE STUDIO] Portrait Session will include a simple 5 minute photography session at [YOUR STUDIO LOCATION] on [PORTRAIT DAY DATE(S)]. My intent will be to capture a small collection of fine art portraits of your child, congruent with my lifestyle approach toward photography all while displaying the posed shots that display your dancer’s ability.
What images will you be capturing?
In those few minutes together, my intent will be to capture a headshot, 2-3 simple dance poses, all the while incorporating my lifestyle approach towards photography. A [YOUR DANCE STUDIO] instructor will be graciously assisting each movement to capture the best of your young dancer. Details regarding your session, communicated to you by [PORTRAIT DAY DETAILS DATE], will include examples of the 2-3 unique poses that your child will bring ready to execute for their session.
How many images will be in my gallery?
Within 1-2 weeks of your session date I will deliver to your email an online proof gallery with 5-7 images, viewable in both full color and black and white.
Will I receive the digital files?
Yes! Dependent upon the session package you choose:
Your ‘Let’s Remember This’ Session Package will allow you to download FOUR gallery images in high resolution format.
Your ‘Crowned’ Session Package will allow you to download TWO images in high resolution format.
Your ‘Heritage’ Session Package will allow you to download ONE image in high resolution format.
Additional digital files may be purchased á la carte for $15 per digital, or $12/3 or more.
What printed products are included?
All galleries will have access to my professional printing lab for additional loose print orders or custom wall art. However, each session package comes with an initial set of prints:
Your investment in the ‘Let’s Remember This’ Session Package will include 8 wallet size, (3)-5×7, and (1)-8×10 physical prints, along with a $5 print credit. (Remember you also receive four digital downloads.)
Your investment in the ‘Crowned’ Session Package will include 8 wallet size, (3)-5×7, and (1)-8×10 physical prints. (Remember you also receive two digital downloads.)
Your investment in the ‘Heritage’ Session Package will include (1)-8×10 physical print. (Remember you also receive one digital download.)
Who selects which images will be printed?
You do! Your gallery will be enabled with a labeling feature, allowing you to select the specific images you would like Jennifer Lucrezio Photography to print for you based on the package you purchased.
Will I be able to share this gallery with family and friends?
Absolutely! Gallery access will be protected with a passcode and will require an email address to view. However the included downloading rights and printed products are only credited to one email address. If grandma and grandpa would like to order a print or digital image from the gallery, they are welcome to do so through their individually granted access.
May I order additional prints?
Certainly! Your private gallery will give you access to my professional printing lab, so not only are you welcome to order additional prints up to four weeks from the date your gallery is delivered to you, but family members are welcome to do the same! All they need is your gallery password. (Shipping charges will apply.)
How soon will I receive my package prints?
Once you receive your gallery, approximately 1-2 weeks from your session date, you will have one week to decide which images you would like printed per your selected session package. I will then have your images printed through my professional lab and delivered to my home studio for packaging before being delivered to [YOUR DANCE STUDIO].
A pick up time will then be arranged by [YOUR DANCE STUDIO] and Jennifer Lucrezio Photography.
Before we go on, how much does all of this cost?
You may select from three separate package session offerings ranging from $38-$75. You will also have the opportunity to order additional prints or custom wall art directly from your gallery.
I have more than one child in need of pictures. Do you have a family rate?
Yes! There are two discount options that are intended to lighten the financial investment for immediate family members under one household.
Families that book 2 or more siblings with back to back ‘Let’s Remember This’ Sessions will receive a $5 discount for each child. Back to back ‘Crowned’ Sessions will receive a $3 discount for each child.
(The offer only applies to immediate family members under one household.)
I have one child in multiple dances and would like them to be photographed in each of their costumes. Can that be arranged?
Absolutely. Individual session times may be scheduled to allow for fast costume changes. However, the first two costumes will each require the purchase of an individual package. For three or more costumes, you have the option of purchasing a $20 package add-on per costume in lieu of additional session packages. The $20 serves as a creation fee, valuing the time and talent of Jennifer Lucrezio Photography for providing additional proof images to your private online gallery.
In other words:
Costume/Session #1: Purchase a ‘Let’s Remember This’, ‘Crowned’, or ‘Heritage’ Package
Costume/Session #2: Purchase a second ‘Let’s Remember This’, ‘Crowned’, or ‘Heritage‘ Package
Costume/Session #3, etc.: Purchase a ‘Let’s Remember This’, ‘Crowned’, or ‘Heritage’ Package OR purchase a $20 package add-on that provides a 5 image proof gallery in that costume. No prints or digitals included, but additional prints or digitals available á la carte.
When will I know my exact session time(s)?
Specific 5 minute session times will be communicated from Jennifer Lucrezio Photography via email by [PORTRAIT DAY DETAILS DATE]. In the form below you have the option to select the 2 hour time block, 9-11am or 11am-1pm, that would best accommodate your families schedule. Just remember that sessions are booked on a first come, first serve basis!

Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis and confirmed with the completion of the session form below and a $15 deposit per session. Final session payments are due on your session date.
